About Soul Flourish Coaching

I have loved and lost, and picked myself up from several  tsunami’s, sometimes swimming strong, sometimes barely treading water.  And here I am, with a story I have lived, and a hand to extend.

The thread that runs through it all and creates my life quilt is art - creating it, appreciating it, seeing it all around me.  I trust in creative self expression and nurture a deep appreciation for beauty and a belief in constantly recalibrating and renewing meaning.

I love to stand with others, wherever they are in their own process, and together look into some of the questions and techniques for uncovering and embracing what is meaningful again.  I believe in the power of  meaning, hope and creativity  to create a joyful, soulful life!
